What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

These vary dependant on product size and location for delivery.

We accept credit/debit card or online bank transfer.

How long will delivery take?

This is dependant on product and delivery location. Products can take up to 6 weeks to arrive if not a stock item

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website is completely secure. We use SSL for payments and store no card details at all.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order will be pushed to the next stage, whether it is a stock item and can be sent straght away, or items will be ordered and have a lead time.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Your invoice can be seen under my order when you log into your account online, you may receive a receipt with your order in the package but the actual invoice is printed from the website.
