Products and Services
PJPerformance reserve the right to change this website and correct or update any information on it at any time without notice. This includes any services, product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. All prices and descriptions supersede all previous publications. All sizes are approximate. We cannot guarantee that colours and details in images are accurate exact representations of the product (but we do try our very best to be as accurate as possible).
Ordering
We have tried our best to make shopping on-line with PJPerformance a smooth and enjoyable experience. In order to shop with us you must register via the website. This gives you the opportunity to enter personal details such as delivery address, contact telephone numbers as well as view previous orders with us. This gives us the information we require to contact you and deliver your order to the appropriate address. Ordering is as simple as adding the desired product to the shopping basket by clicking the ‘ADD TO BASKET’ button which is on each product page. You can then view your basket by clicking on ‘YOUR BASKET’ near the top of the page. This will then show your basket contents with details of any options, quantities and total price. Once you are happy with your chosen order you can proceed to the checkout. If you are not registered then you will be given the opportunity to register at this point or login if you already have a login account with us. Registration is easy with just one page worth or required information. Once you are logged in you may proceed through the checkout, confirming address and order details and then proceed onto choosing your desired payment type. We currently have secure online card payments via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay via this method). Once payment has been sent you will be directed to a confirmation page showing the status of your order. You will also receive confirmation emails at this point confirming your order with us.
Payment
Payment is dealt with via a choice of secure 3rd party payment gateways. Your debit or credit card is charged for the whole amount of the order when the order is made. The card may be immediately refunded for the value of any items cancelled on the order at any time up until when we despatch the items to you or the order is made direct with the supplier. If the entire order is cancelled and no items are despatched then any charge for handling and/or delivery will also be refunded.
Your Security
We DO NOT keep records or have access to any credit or debit card details that are entered via this website or any 3rd party site related to this website.
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Your safety and privacy is very important to us.
Certain items we sell may be by personal quotation and imported direct from manufacturers country. Items by this method are quoted on a personal basis and any duties will be incurred by the buyer. Although we will ensure these are reduced to a minimum.
Returns
Any products that have been damaged during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If, for any other reason, you wish to return your item(s) you must notify us within 7 days with en explanation as to why you would like to return the item. We cannot accept returns of items after the 7 day period.

Styling items manufactured in either FRP or Carbon fibre or not OEM items, therefore modification may be needed to fit to vehicles. We can not be held responsible for this unless the items purchased are genuine OEM Dealer parts. A re-stocking fee of 10% will be charged on items that are returned.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition. This includes being in the original, unmarked packaging. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. We retain the right to refuse to refund any item not deemed to be re-saleable. All items and parts of items should be checked for surface damage prior to assembly. unfortunately returns cannot be accepted once the assembly process has begun.
If you wish to return an unwanted item, then delivery back to us will be at the customers cost. We do not offer a free returns service and we do not refund the return postage cost or the original delivery charge, we do not offer a free collection service, and we do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Items such as higher value carbon fibre are manufactured to order (approx 4 weeks lead time), so cannot be refunded unless they have been damaged.
If you have a damaged item, then please let us know and we will send out a replacement ASAP and arrange collection of the damaged item. We do not offer a refund on damaged items. We may require you to return the item to us so that it can be checked or returned to the manufacturer before issuing a replacement, but we will ensure we get the replacement out as soon as possible.
